Orlando, Fla. – Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Real Estate Commission have approved Andy Tolbert’s 3-hour foreclosure course for continued education credit.
Real estate licensees can now acquire credit for Foreclosure Feast as Tolbert assists real estate agents towards better comprehension of the present market. The only approved instructor of the class, Tolbert presents the benefits that include understanding on “short sales,” which is an option for foreclosure-involved people who are indebted more on their house than what the market dictates. Also taught is a variety of strategies for buyers and sellers in minimizing the stress and pressure of the process will also be taught.
Tolbert highlights the significance of understanding foreclosure as it continually grows that consequently costs a lot for buyers and sellers and can cause inexperienced real estate agents to lose their house. According to Realtytrac.com, Florida ranks 4th with the highest foreclosure rate across the United States having 21,035 foreclosures that has increased by 144.45% from a year ago.
For more than 10 years now, Andy has been part of the real estate industry. Since 1995, she has been in the mortgage business. She holds an active real estate license for almost a decade now and has conducted training for over 5 years. Tolbert is Orlando-based Investors Resource Center’s founder and president.
Classes are scheduled across Florida. For details and interest in inviting Andy to hold training, contact Stacy Dunn at 407-328-0970, Stacy @ Compass123.com or visit ForeclosureFeast.com.
