Google Porn Lawsuit Dropped     Friday, June 23 2006 @ 04:16 PM Central Daylight Time Recently, Toback believed Google had "paid links" to web sites that contained child pornography. Early this month, Nassau County Legislator Jeffrey Toback has dropped a federal lawsuit that he filed against Google. Toback claimed that Google allegedly profited from child pornography. The lawsuit was dropped because Google has offered to sit down and discuss the issues. They didn't want to do that while litigation was pending, so we're taking them up on their offer."
