Libya: Sending Iran to UN will Affect Oil Prices

BusinessLibyan Energy Minister Fathi Hamed bin Shatwan said transferring Iran to the United Nations Security Council will have “an enormous impact” on oil prices.
The Libyan minister made this prediction in the Austrian capital Vienna, where he is attending a meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). In an earlier meeting, conducted in Britain’s capital London with the United Nations Security Council’s five permanent members and Germany, the decision was taken to transfer Iran to the United Nations over its controversial nuclear program.
