Baghdad: "PKK/KADEK is not terror organization"

   
InternationalA prominent Kurdish member of Iraqi Council told the outlawed organization PKK/KADEK was not a terror organization.
"This is not a teror organization. It's an organization of some Kurds in Turkey and it is an broad organization which has National Congress in Belgium," told IHA reporter Mahmoud Usman. "Since Ocalan was captured these people want peace, democracy and to solve the problems through dialogue.

They do not want to use arms." said Usman. Kurdish member said "Turkish goverments should introduce amnesty for these people. They want to integrate to political life and work according to laws." "Kurds have like other nations a dream of state and self-determination. What really we're doing now we are trying to have solution for Kurds inside the country we live in. Kurds in Iraq should solve the problem in the country through democracy. It is the same for Kurdish who live in other countries," added Usman upon a question whether an independent Kurdish State to be declared in the future.
